Blas de Lezo Abogados runs a PRO-BONO service, able to offer legal asistance before any Court or Tribunal in Spain, whether in litigation or arbitration and mediation, to all those wihtin the shipping industry not able to cope with the financial costs of such services.

Our PRO-BONO department offers support, guidance, resources and inspiration to those in need, thus promoting effective legal solutions among the most disadvantaged social groups.

The members of our team give their time for free and provide excellent professional service to community groups in the maritime industry. Quite often we witness stowaways, seafarers abandoned in foreign harbours, women shipped against their will to unknown destinations... they do need legal advice and we believe we can be of help.

Our firm also offers free mediation services in those cases where public free access to justice is not available or where the circumstances of the particullar case so recomend its use.
